1) Candidate Information & Online Release: Using our online system, HR (or a recruiter) sends the candidate a link to complete the disclosure and authorization forms and provide needed information to initiate the background check. Background Investigations: We conduct investigations based on your organization’s custom package, which can include: criminal searches, positive ID searches, employment and education verifications, and more.
1) Drug Test: HR (or recruiter) schedules drug testing for the candidate through Reliantcy’s cloud-based system, allowing a geographically desirable collection site to be selected. Occupational Health Test: Seamlessly order work-related health tests such as chest x-rays, physical exams and more from on the same platform.
Electronic I-9 Initiated: The employee completes Section 1 online before their first day of work with error-validation from Reliantcy's I-9 software platform.
Finalize Electronic I-9: HR and the employee complete and submit Section 2.
Random, Reasonable Suspicion & Post-Accident Testing: Conduct post-hire employment drug testing as required by your organizations drug testing policy.
